VALENTINE'S COUPLES TOURNY:
at WR Eagles. This is a special event
tournament for our MEBL "true couples" only, no "all star hookups" for this
one. It's $25 a couple prepaid at least 1 week before tournament. We will
have a catered dinner at 6pm, tourny start at 7pm, and a DJ starting at 8pm
just for us. Last year we had 40 couples that played and it was a great
night out for them. Catering costs last year was $17 a couple leaving $8
leftover to go into prize pool for tournament winners. 48 couples max.

Summer league sign ups @ WR Eagles from 7-9 pm.
You don't have to come to sign up if you put your summer league roster in
any MEBL drop box before Wed Apr 4th. Please be sure to list multiple phone
numbers on roster and include $30 sponsor check.

**Season Ending
Tournaments**
The 3 season ending
tournaments below are played on 5 tables (We have an extra 2 tables
delivered and set up on dance floor for tournament week to accommodate our
players). We won't be taking early sign ups this year. With the extra tables
brought in to allow more players, it won't be necessary. We will be there
approx 2 hours early at each one for early sign ups. |

packet pick up:

(outside in back) from 7-9 pm.
Captain packet pickup for all mon men, tue women, and wed coed south teams.
Please pick up your packet so they don't get misplaced at bar because if you
don't show up, we drop it off at your bar. Coed North will be delivered at
different date.

Fri May 11th:
Winter league trophies & team checks given out at
WR Eagles from 7-9 pm. We will have all
trophies and all team checks for all of our leagues there. Even though we
are doing it again next day at Village Inn, we would appreciate those teams
with trophies coming up to get them Friday so we don't have to load up and
transport them again. We will also run an open singles tourny that night
(anyone from 11-12 winter or 2012 summer teams can enter).
